Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days of the customer placing the order.

However, unusual circumstances may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of delay (product not dispatched within the estimated time period), you can contact us.

To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.

We currently don’t have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched & you receive an email from us, within the above mentioned time frame. If your enquiry is urgent, please email us at revaclothing.store@gmail.com and one of our team members will be in touch with you at the earliest.


*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, or undamaged and retain the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. 

Please Note: SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.

Return Policy

Items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. All returns happen via Bank Transfer which can take up to 15 working days.

In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

Reverse pickups are either arranged by us or the customer will have to ship the parcel to us at the following address:

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process your request.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at revaclothing.help@gmail.com  with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange / Return for International Orders

No exchange/return is applicable on international orders. For any size-related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order. 

You can email us at revaclothing.help@gmail.com with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 7 days from the date of delivery.
